What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners, China UnionPay & JCB. Our payments are safely processed by Stripe, a global leader in billing.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You may manage, upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription from the dashboard at any time. There are no refunds for cancellations.
How is my subscription billed?
You will be billed monthly or yearly based on your choice. You will receive an invoice for each payment.
Are these prices VAT inclusive?
Prices are VAT inclusive for EU customers. You may enter your VAT ID for reverse charges.
What are bots?
You may create one or more bots on your account. Each bot is dedicated to one function, such as updating feeds.
What are connections?
You may connect one or more Discord servers on your account. Each connection can be used in any bot.
What are feeds?
Feeds are custom feeds added to a feed bot. They are limited per account. Readybot Recommendations feeds are not counted in the limit.
What is the feed update interval?
The feed update interval specifies how often your added feeds are checked for new items. The shorter the interval, the faster your server is notified.
